Michael joined Halliday Financial in 2020 after spending fourteen years with UBS Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley. Michael works primarily with individuals creating long term financial plans and working with their tax, estate, and insurance advisors to cover all aspects of the financial planning process. Further, Michael works with company retirement plans providing personalized education for the participants about the markets, risk, asset allocation and the time value of money.
Individual financial plans are like living documents. They change with circumstances, life events, health, etc. Life is in a constant state of change and individual client goals and strategies need to adjust to reflect that. Updating and monitoring the plan is a crucial part of Michael’s role in the client relationship. Michael forms a long-term relationship with clients to ensure their individualized plan adjusts as they go through the process of accumulating assets and, ultimately, utilizing those assets to maintain a quality of life they desire.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut and an MBA from Fordham University. He began his financial career as a corporate and investment banker focusing on structured finance in New York and London. He lives with his wife and two children in Fort Salonga, NY.
